Wild Country - Pro Key Light With Leash

The Wild Country Pro Key Light With Leash is a compact nut tool for trad climbing, alpine climbing and general gear retrieval. It is made from 2.5 mm stainless steel with a hardened surface, giving a thin working profile for removing stuck nuts while keeping enough durability for regular use. The removable leash extends to 1.4 m, helping reduce the risk of dropping the tool when cleaning awkward placements.

The Pro Key Light is useful for seconds cleaning trad gear on single and multi-pitch routes. The shaped head helps with nut and Friend/ Cam retrieval, while the rear handguard gives a more comfortable surface when pushing or bashing out stubborn pieces. The integrated 17 mm, 13 mm and 14 mm wrench sizes also make it useful as a small backup tool for checking common bolt and quicklink hardware on sport routes.

 The leash adds a bit of faff compared with a bare nut key, and can be removed, but it makes a lot of sense for long routes, exposed belays and anyone who would rather not watch their nut tool disappear down the crag.
