Wild Country - Movement Belay Device Kit

The Wild Country Movement Belay Kit pairs the Movement Belay Device with a compatible locking belay karabiner with an internal keeper gate. The device is designed for single ropes from 8.5 to 11 mm, with geometry-assisted locking to help the belayer hold falls and lower with more control. Steel rope-contact points improve durability, while the extended TPU thumb catch gives a clear handling point when feeding rope.

The Movement sits between a classic tube-style belay plate and a mechanical assisted-braking device. Its shape gives extra braking support when catching a fall, while keeping the handling simple and familiar. Rope insertion is straightforward, with a wide top opening and a narrower lower opening that helps guide correct setup. The supplied karabiner helps keep the belay loop correctly positioned, reducing the chance of cross-loading or misalignment during use.

It is built for single-rope sport climbing and top-roping, so it is not suitable for half ropes, twin ropes or guide-mode belaying. It still requires correct belay technique, correct karabiner orientation and an active brake hand at all times.
