Mammut - 9.0 Crag Sender Dry
The 9.0 Crag Sender Dry is a triple-rated rope perfect for performance sport climbing, mountaineering and ice-climbing. Despite the skinny diameter, it has a high sheath proportion making it a perfect lightweight sport rope. Also very well suited to mountaineering or ice climbing when you want a little more security from your rope without sacrificing much in the way of weight.
Care should be taken to use an appropriate belay device, most common grooved models work well e.g. Petzl Reverso, Black Diamond ATC, DMM Pivot.
It is part of Mammut's overhauled rope range and is BLUESIGN certified demonstrating its strong eco-credentials, the Crag Sender Dry is a brand new rope that replaces the 9.2mm Mammut Revelation.
This rope has a top of the range DRY treatment where the core and sheath treated to massively improve durability and prevent water ingress making them an ideal lightweight Alpine rope. If you're looking for a shorter version of this same rope then check out the Alpine Sender Dry.

UK shipping is free for orders over £50 and are shipped using Royal Mail, which takes 2-4 days.
Orders of over £85 are shipped either by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Express free of charge. The service we use will vary depending on the value and weight of the order. Tracked 24 is a 1-2 day service and DHL Express is a next working day service.
Various shipping upgrades are available at the checkout. We have kept the fees for these as small as possible.
Orders for in stock products, placed before 2.30pm on a weekday are shipped the same day that the order is received.
