DMM - Nylon Sling 16mm Open
DMM nylon slings are classic, 16mm slings.
With greater wear resistance than dyneema and a more reassuring width they're more popular for rigging uses and for those of an age used to tying their own slings! To those that remember, once upon a time slings were measured in feet and inches, the length was the amount of tape needed to tie them. Now measured in centimetres we refer to the end to end length.
Therefore:
4ft sling = 60cm sling (over the shoulder)
8ft sling = 120cm sling (double shoulder length)
