Just pop them in after a climbing session and hang them up with the included karabiner clip.
For best results use from day 1 with either a new or freshly laundered pair of shoes.
The outer material is cotton and the filling is a simple combination of natural ingredients; bambo charcoal, lavender oil, baking soda, zeolite, lemon oil, tea tree oil.
