Dick’s Climbing collects your information solely for the purpose of processing yours orders.

For web sales payment details are collected and processed by Sage Pay and we will not at any point have access to your card details.

Telephone sales will be processed by Dick’s Climbing though the same chip and pin machine used for over the counter sales. Your card details will not be recorded for any longer than is necessary to process your order.

Any personal information collected though the website or otherwise, shall never be divulged to any third party other than the courier used to deliver your order, who will be given your address and phone number to ensure your order reaches you and your email address so they can keep you up to date with the status of your delivery.
