Most orders received by 3pm Monday - Friday are despatched the same day, otherwise they are despatched the next working day.
UK shipping is FREE for orders over £50 (inc VAT) and is by Royal Mail 2nd class, which takes 2-3 days.
Orders of over £120 (inc VAT) are shipped on a next day courier service free of charge. Our courier is DHL, who will send order notifications by email and SMS, so you always know where your parcel is..
If your order is under the £120 limit you can upgrade to a courier service for a small fee, or to Royal Mail 1st class for an even smaller fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are usually shipped with on an Express Courier Service. We use different couriers depending on the destination country but this is mostly DHL. On most occasions international orders are delivered in 2-4 days.
Our international shipping prices are very low and can be calculated on the cart page.

This is the second DMM protection pack I have bought. The first was a present for a friend and then I just had to have it. Just came back from a weekend in Wales and used the lot. The selection of a full set of nuts, a set of offsets and a set of hexes is an excellent starter kit. Good value for money compared to buying separate as well.

I got this for my birthday just over a year ago and it has seen a lot of use. Its the ideal start to a trad rack and is cheaper than everywhere else even after various discounts. They are lasting well and having fallen on gear and lived I can confirm their effectiveness. Great service. Even though Dick didn't have the largest Blue torque nut in the set that he had as I was desperate to buy it there and then he posted it to me for nothing! Thanks
I ended up buying each of the component pieces of this set individually (before I found that this set existed) as the first part of my Trad rack and have loved it, especially the offsets.
Amazing value set. Comew with all the passive pro you need to start off trad climbing! Later down the line you may want to add some smaller bits, or doubles of your favourite sizes, but as I say its an amazing starting point.

These rocks are amazing. I've used a friends DMM set, and a BD set and had to buy the DMM set for myself. Dick and Pete were a fantastic help in getting these to me down-under, and I've taken them out now and they're bomber on the sandstone we have!

Great site which is easy to use and got me exactly what i wanted really quickly. Only bad points were that the header bar at the top of the page didn't display properly and there was nothing to warn you that if you had one item which was not available for a few days, it would delay the entire order. That last point was a bit of a problem for me so I sent an email and got a response within 2 days saying they'd happily ship the delayed item separately.
