UK SHIPPING
Most orders received by 3pm Monday - Friday are despatched the same day, otherwise they are despatched the next working day.
UK shipping is FREE for orders over £50 (inc VAT) and is by Royal Mail 2nd class, which takes 2-3 days.
Orders of over £120 (inc VAT) are shipped on a next day courier service free of charge. Our courier is DPD, who will send order notifications by email and SMS, so you always know where your parcel is and even what time it is going to be delivered.
If your order is under the £120 limit you can upgrade to a courier service for a small fee, or to Royal Mail 1st class for an even smaller fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are usually shipped with on an Express Courier Service. We use different couriers depending on the destination country but this is mostly either DPD, or DHL. On most occasions international orders are delivered in 2-4 days.
Our international shipping prices are very low and can be calculated on the cart page.
Please note, if you are ordering from a country outside the EU or EEA we will not charge you VAT (sales tax).

These are very light and easy to use. The colours are good as it makes it easier to know what ends to use. They were a good price too.
I have a whole bunch of these and love them to bits. They are super light - you wont believe it when you physically pick these up if you are used to entry level or hefty sport quickdraws - and worth the extra bit of money. For the weight saving, you sacrifice a tiny bit of strength when closed or cross loaded (taking 23KN falls or cross loading them should really be low down on your list of things to do) but maintain a 9KN rating with the gate open - meaning you are relatively safe in a dangerous flutter / clipping and falling scenario. The shortest length is a little less useful unless you are using them for something very straight up or sport - I tend to rack 2x12cm, 4x18cm, 6x25cm and find that covers most bases.
A good solid quick draw at a good price. They are fairly light and compact. I realy like the different colours used on each end, making it really easy to make sure only one end is used for gear/bolts (making sure possible burrs do not affect the rope). This is particularly useful when climbing with different people regularly, as its easy to remember which is which if they aren't used to it.
Being new to climbing as a family I wanted some high quality safety equipment I bought these as they are lightweight, a great size for me my wife and daughter all to use. i wasn't disappointed its high quality equipment and our instructor was very keen to play with them too.
