I have a whole bunch of these and love them. They are super light - you wont believe it when you physically pick these up if you are used to entry level or hefty sport quickdraws - and worth the extra bit of money. For the weight saving, you sacrifice a tiny bit of strength when closed or cross loaded (taking 23KN falls or cross loading them should really be low down on your list of things to do) but maintain a 9KN rating with the gate open - meaning you are relatively safe in a dangerous flutter / clipping and falling scenario. As the posters below have mentioned, the shortest length is a little less useful unless you are using them for something very straight up or sport.
Nice and light whilst not being so small that you can't use it well. I got 2 sets of these and they have been perfect for trad and even a trip to Kalymnos. I'm not much of a fan of the short yellow or long red extenders though. The short ones are too short for most things even when using half ropes. The long ones aren't that much longer than the medium ones so seem a bit pointless to me. I now use 6 of the mid length ones and have turned the others into extenders with 60cm slings. I much prefer this.
These were my first set of quickdraws and they were great, i got 4 smalls, 4 mediums and 2 longs which have done me fantastically. I don't use the smalls as much as i do the others, so maybe getting 2 smalls, 6 mediums and 2 longs would have been better, but a great, lightweight solution. Be careful of getting nuts caught in the notch though!
