These are awesome for racking nuts, very slim, so use less space on your harness.
I was looking for a cheap, but strong carabiner for using with hammocks. This was perfect and not too heavy either. Delivery was very fast as well. Overall perfect.
Good value for a simple, strong biner. Perfect for racking and been really handy for use in a slackline setup
You don't realise what you're missing until you try it, so much quicker than fiddling with the wires on a standard snapgate, perfect when the pump is setting in and you need that nut in as soon as possible. Also a lot easier if you're wearing thick gloves as the gate opens nice and wide.
Its lightweight and full strength but most importantly oval. Wires don't catch or bunch its perfect and just way faster it just takes a little while to get used to which way the gate opens. You don't realise how good they are until its gone, I was using a friends rack with normal wire gates and managed to fumble and drop a load of wires, luckily they landed on a ledge. This has never happened with the oval.
