This is my 2nd Boa. Find the size to be useful for trad/alpine/winter.
Great carabiner that I keep going using over and over for just about anything. Its big enough to get a fair amount of rope amd easy to handle. I'll use it in the summer and winter, although not the lightest, strong and reasonably priced.
very good krabs which i use a lot! nice size and good value
Not the lightest but worth the extra weight, can comfortably take 2 or 3 clove hitches depending on your rope width. I always carry one for building a belay.
This screwgate is so big I can fit all of my keys on it, even if I do look like an idiot with it hanging from my trousers. If you do decide to use it for climbing though, it makes for excellent trad belays and swallows up all of the clove hitches you can throw at it.
An amazing HMS for rigging anything that might want more than one rope through it, it hangs perfectly and will happily take 3 clove hitches when setting up a trad belay. A tiny bit on the heavy side but I don't go anywhere without a couple on back of my harness, it's so versatile I even use it for standard top rope belaying in the climbing center, which might be a little overkill, but it's definitely worth the price
A large smooth crab, for a few clove hitches. I have a few on my harness ;)
strong has a huge opening and has plenty of room for many nots on if necessary. if you need a big bina this is it.
